Sole Source Intent: The United States Army Mission Installation Contracting Command - Yuma Proving Ground (MICC-YPG), Yuma, Arizona, intends to negotiate a noncompetitive Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) requirements-type contract with Laser Techniques Company, LLC, 11431 Willows RD NE STE 100 Redmond, Washington 98502-3070 for a base and three option years service contract in primary support of the Metrology and Simulation (MET & SIM) Division at Yuma Proving Ground (YPG).The requirement is for a services contract for the calibration and maintenance services of LBIS and LVDT sensors and calibration rings. Laser Techniques Company, LLC, is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and owns all proprietary data and patent rights to this equipment.
