Quick Summary
The Department of the Air Force, Kessel Run AFLCMC/HBBK, has issued Call 002 under its DSO CSO (FA8730-22-S-C001), seeking innovative solutions for Team Awareness Kit (TAK) plugin integration with the Command and Control Incident Management Emergency Response Application (C2IMERA). This 2-Step Call anticipates awarding a Prototype Other Transaction (OT) Agreement, potentially leading to a production OT. The primary goal is to enhance tactical edge information flow for C2IMERA users. Step 1 Solution Briefs are due by June 8, 2026, at 4:00 PM EST.
Purpose & Scope
This opportunity aims to integrate existing TAK plugins (open source or commercial) with the government-owned C2IMERA platform. C2IMERA manages readiness, operations, and emergency response at the Wing and Base level, providing a common operating picture. The requirement stems from the need for continuous information flow from the tactical edge, even in degraded or denied network environments. Solutions must enable reporting of standardized base conditions and battle damage, maintain local C2 and situational awareness offline, and feed a common operational picture. Proposed solutions must operate within specific, currently writable C2IMERA endpoints. Deliverables are variations of an architecture pattern applied to use cases such as Blue Force Tracking, Incident Reporting, and Sensor/Video integration.
