*** 18 SEPTEMBER 2025 UPDATE ***
ACC-APG has posted a Questions and Answers document in the Attachments section. This document addresses the majority of questions received and is provided for vendors to prepare their solution briefs. An Appendix A template is also provided in the Attachments section. For Appendix A, the expected NAICS code for this effort is 541511. The Call for Solutions attachment remains unchanged.

Vendors are encouraged to submit Solution Briefs as soon as practicable, but due no later than the submission deadline on 9/26. Phase 1 evaluations will be conducted individually, and awards made on a rolling basis as solutions are received and as Government resources are available.

*** 11 SEPTEMBER 2025 UPDATE ***
ACC-APG has collected all questions submitted by the deadline and will provide a Q&A document as an attachment to this posting once they have been addressed. The response date is extended by 2 weeks, until September 26th, 2025, to allow vendors additional time to prepare their solution briefs and review the Q&A document responses. The Q&A document will be attached in a subsequent amendment to this posting. The Call for Solutions attachment is updated to reflect the new response date.

27 AUGUST 2025 CALL FOR SOLUTIONS
The Army Contracting Command – Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), Digital Capabilities Contracting Center of Excellence (DC3oE), on behalf of the Chief of Staff of the Army (CSA), Headquarters Army Materiel Command (HQ AMC), and Headquarters Army Contracting Command (HQ ACC), is seeking innovative solutions to modernize and streamline the Army’s contracting process through automation and Artificial Intelligence.

Currently, the Army's contracting process is largely manual, requiring significant administrative effort for document drafting and multi-level approvals. High-value contracts routinely exceed one year in award time due to the complexity and extensive review processes. This initiative aims to enhance speed, accuracy, and compliance by leveraging AI to optimize procurement and reduce human error.

The Call for Solutions document (.pdf), outlining the full problem statement and objectives, can be found in the Attachments section of this posting.

The deadline to submit questions for Phase I is September 5, 2025 at 4:00PM EDT.

The Army Open Solicitation (AOS) that this Call for Solutions is associated with can be found at:

Please review the AOS posting and associated attachments, in addition to the attachment to this call, for further information on how the AOS is structured.
