Scope of Work
AMCOM requires the immediate integration of AdvM metal printing capability at CCAD to support aviation maintenance operations. This will enable CCAD to rapidly fabricate qualified parts, tools, jigs, fixtures, and ground support equipment. Key requirements include:
- LPBF Metal Printer System: Must feature a build envelope of 245 x 245 x 325 mm and a 400W to 1kW dual-laser system with full overlap.
- Technical Specifications: Specifics on layer thickness (25-120 µm), scanning speed, focus diameter, power consumption, inert gas supply, and an integrated filtering system.
- Software: Microsoft Windows compatible, including CAD, job processing, management, and 3D slicer software.
