This document is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for brand name or equal Cambium Microwave Systems. This is the only solicitation, and no separate written solicitation will be issued. The acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.

• The core requirement is the procurement of Cambium Microwave Systems or equivalent.

• Award Type: Firm-fixed price.

• The Government intends to make one award.

• Delivery is required within 60 days from award; early deliveries will be accepted.

• F.o.b. destination is requested.

• Quotations are being requested.

• To be considered responsive, contractors must submit pricing for all items.

• Offers will be evaluated on the basis of the lowest evaluated price of a quote meeting or exceeding the acceptability standards for non-cost factors.

• Evaluation factors include: products meeting technical requirements of the bill of materials, and lowest evaluated price meeting non-cost standards.

• Offerors must hold prices firm for 60 calendar days from the date specified for receipt of offers.

• This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns.
