Scope of Work
The comprehensive scope of work includes, but is not limited to:
- Repairing bulk fencing, fence grounding, Lightning Protection System, and canopy roof drain system.
- Installing basket strainers, flow switches, pressure gauges, sight flow indicators, offload meters, meter proving connections, truck loading control valves, and thermal relief valves.
- Replacing loading arm swivel joints and threaded piping/fittings.
- Repairing filter separator control valves, grounding on catwalks/ladders, overfill alarms, and exposed meter conductors.
- Addressing missing EFSO alarm and signage, roll-over curbs, containment drain piping, and equipment pads.
- Installing shear valves on dispenser piping and repairing dispenser grounding connections.
- Repairing MSS perimeter fence grounding, missing handhole covers on light poles, and changing pole lights to LED.
- Relocating light poles, repairing EFSO systems and surge protective devices, and installing new eyewash stations.
- Repairing asphalt and concrete pavement for tank and dispenser infrastructure replacement.
- Removing oil-water separators and providing new remote containment basins.
- Installing new Mogas and F-24 Dispenser Islands and dispensers, including removal of existing units.
- Installing new Mogas and F-24 ASTs (Aboveground Storage Tanks) with catwalks and stairs, including removal of existing units.
- Installing new Mogas and F-24 Truck Offload systems with containment.
