The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform canine kenneling, food support, emergency medical and surgical services as defined in this Statement of Work except for those items specified as Government-furnished property and services. The Contractor shall perform in accordance with the standards outlined in the SOW. The Contractor shall provide veterinarian services, boarding facilities, food support, and supplies to support canine care for a minimum of 1 up to a maximum of 28 PFPA/PPD working dogs in accordance with standard commercial industry practices.
