Evaluation
Award will be made to the offeror providing the Best Value to the Government. Evaluation will assess the contractor's ability to successfully perform based on three factors: (1) Technical Approach, (2) Past Performance/Specialized Experience, and (3) Price/Cost.
Submission Requirements
Offerors must submit a complete RFQ Packet via email to the Contract Specialist, Shana Schreiner (shana.l.schreiner@CBP.DHS.GOV). The packet must include:
- Acknowledgment of any modifications or amendments.
- Kennel Price Quote Form (KPQF), with pricing per canine, per day for each service year.
- Capability Statement with relevant past performance in accordance with the SOW and RFQ.

Additional Notes
