• BEEF CHILI W/BEANS PKG-12/15 OZ

• BEEF STEW CAN-24/24 OZ

• PORK CAN-24/24 OZ

• Deliveries are to be made between April 1, 2026, and June 30, 2026.

• The total value of the awarded contracts is $14,703,263.78.

This document is a purchase award and does not solicit further offers. The Contracting Officer will not consider any additional or further offers under the specified solicitation.

This is a combined pre-solicitation notice and solicitation for CANNED BEEF AND PORK PRODUCTS for use in domestic food distribution programs. The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) is procuring these commodities.

• The solicitation includes the following materials:

  • 100127 BEEF CAN-24/24 OZ
  • 100139 PORK CAN-24/24 OZ
  • 100526 BEEF STEW CAN-24/24 OZ
  • 111180 BEEF CHILI W/BEANS PKG-12/15 OZ

• All listed materials are unrestricted.

• Deliveries are to be made between April 01, 2026, through June 30, 2026.

• Purchases will be made on an f.o.b. destination basis.

• Destination quantities are estimates and subject to adjustment.

• Invitation Type: Definite Delivery

• The contract specialist is Angela Pearson (Angela.Pearson@usda.gov).

• The Contracting Officer is Carrie Meyers (Carrie.Meyers@usda.gov).

• Bids are due by 1:00 PM CT on February 9, 2026.

• Acceptances will be announced by 5:00 PM CT on February 23, 2026.

• Offers must be submitted electronically via the Web-Based Supply Chain Management System (WBSCM).

• Offers submitted by any means other than WBSCM will be deemed nonresponsive.

• For new-to-USDA contractors, a probationary period will be implemented, limiting awards to 10 truckloads per product until successful delivery of at least five (5) truckloads is demonstrated.

• Offerors can request HUBZone Small Business Price Evaluation Preference if certified and are the manufacturer/producer of the product.

• An amendment (A01) was issued on 01/27/2026 to add pork can materials.

• The solicitation references the Master Solicitation dated November 2025, Supplement 704 Canned Meat dated August 2022, and Amendment 12-3J14-26-B-0143-0001.

• Offerors must be active in WBSCM and have the required bidder roles to submit offers.
