Submissions by any other means will be deemed nonresponsive. Potential contractors must meet AMS vendor qualification requirements established in accordance with FAR Subpart 9.2. Offerors must demonstrate successful delivery of at least five truckloads of the product to be removed from probationary status on future solicitations.
