This solicitation is for the procurement of Canned Vegetables (Tomato Products) for the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) to be used in the National School Lunch Program and other Federal Food and Nutrition Assistance Programs. Deliveries are scheduled between April 1, 2026, and June 30, 2026. Acceptances will be announced by midnight on February 10, 2026.

• Tomato Products: The solicitation includes various line items for "K H TOMATO SAUCE CAN-24/300" and "SPAGHETTI SAUCE MEATLESS CAN-24/300", as well as "TOMATO PASTE FOR BULK PROCESSING".

• Specifications: Bidders must adhere to specifications for Soluble Solids (28.5% Target, 28%-29% Range) for tomato paste.

• Quantity Tolerance: The standard "plus or minus 50 cases of each product" tolerance is NOT applicable to this solicitation. USDA will not pay for quantities exceeding the contracted amount.

• Multiple Plants/Shipping Points: Offerors intending to use multiple processing plants and shipping points must submit a list of approved locations.

• Period of Performance: Deliveries are to be made between April 1, 2026 - June 30, 2026.

• Contract Type: Definite Delivery.

• Submission Method: Offers must be submitted electronically via the Web-Based Supply Chain Management System (WBSCM). Offers submitted by other means will be deemed nonresponsive.

• Bidders must have completed required performance of any prior USDA contract before this bid opening.

• Prime vendors are prohibited from subcontracting with suspended or debarred companies.

• Offerors must be active in WBSCM with the required bidder roles to submit offers.
