AMENDMENT 4 IS FORTHCOMING AND WILL EXTEND THE SUBMITTAL DATE TO 7 AUGUST 2025. THIS AMENDMENT WILL ALSO PROVIDE AN UPDATE TO THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS.
