This solicitation is for seasonal to year-round cleaning services for multiple vault toilets at the Arapaho & Roosevelt National Forest, Canyon Lakes Ranger District (CLRD). To provide seasonal to year-round cleaning services for multiple vault and flush toilet facilities within the Canyon Lakes Ranger District (CLRD) and Pawnee National Grassland (PNG) to maintain clean and sanitary conditions for public use.

• Provide all labor, supervision, materials, tools, equipment, supplies, transportation, permits, and insurance necessary for cleaning and sanitizing vault and flush toilet facilities.

• Pick up trash in and around the facilities.

• Maintain a satisfactory facility condition and a clean, neat, and professional appearance.

• Sweep all floors.

• Remove and replace trash receptacle liners.

• Remove toilet paper from holders and store in a dry location.

• Pressure wash interior walls, doors, partitions, toilets (including riser), and sinks.

• Pressure wash entrance sidewalks between toilet buildings and parking lots.

• Sweep or squeegee water off floors and out of restrooms.

• Wipe down toilet seats, lids, hand railings, soap dispensers, and door handles.

• Restock toilet paper (3/4 used or more) and place partial rolls on top.

• Pick up trash within 25 feet of the building.

• Bathrooms (sinks, toilets, urinals, fixtures, partitions, dispensers, doors, walls) must be cleaned and disinfected.

• Floors, baseboards, corners, and kick plates must be free of dirt, debris, and stains.

• Trash receptacles must be empty, new bags inserted, and returned to their original location.

• Interior windows must be clean.
