This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12 and Simplified Acquisition Procedures under FAR Part 13. The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard is seeking qualified sources to provide cap screws. This announcement serves as the only solicitation; no written solicitation will be issued.

• Vendors must list the country of origin for each line item.

• Offerors must complete and include provisions 52.204-24, 52.204-26, 252.204-7016, and 252.204-7019.

• Small business joint venture offerors must submit specific representations.

• Freight costs must be included in pricing quotes.

• Evaluation will be based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) criteria.

• Quotes must be submitted using the RFQ form attachment for pricing.

• This requirement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside.

• Potential contractors will be screened for responsibility in accordance with FAR 9.104.
