- Vendor Certified Reports of Test and Inspection (ROTI) Package (DI-QCIC-8872): Due at End of Contract (EOC), requiring a complete package of vendor-certified reports. Authorization to ship material must be obtained from the PCO. Each package must be prepared separately for each unique combination of Contract Number, National Stock Number, and Item Nomenclature.
