Scope of Work
The contractor will provide janitorial and minor repair/maintenance services for Lock and Dam #1 on the Cape Fear River. Key services include:
- Janitorial Services: Trash collection, disposal, and cleaning of public restrooms, picnic shelters, picnic tables, impact areas, grounds, roads, walkways, parking areas, shoreline areas (riprap), and fishing piers.

- Graffiti Removal and weekly shoreline rip rap trash removal.
- Exclusions: Cleaning of the Lock Master house or storage buildings.
