Special Requirements

Offerors must possess a current North Carolina Department of Agriculture, Pest Control Division certified applicator license. Compliance with US Army Corps of Engineers' Safety and Health Requirements Manual (EM 385-1-1), federal, state, and local laws is mandatory. No restricted use herbicides are permitted, and proper containment and disposal procedures must be followed. All contract personnel must comply with security requirements, including AT Level 1 training and E-Verify.
