Interested parties are requested to submit a White Paper (not exceeding 12 pages, including cover, minimum 10 pt font, double-spaced) covering:

  • Discussion of relevant current products/services, alternative products, and implementation experience.
  • Proposed hardware used in the solution.
  • For foreign companies, discussion on future collaboration with the US Government.
  • Additional documentation (e.g., PowerPoint, product sheets, test data) is accepted and not included in the page count.
  • Supporting documentation for safety certification, government approval, and test data.
  • Cost information. All documentation should be submitted as MS Word, Adobe PDF, MS PowerPoint, Visio, or MS Excel files.
