Scope of Work
The requirement is for professional filter maintenance services for Bristol Environmental & Engineering Model CD-6626-PSB-82-ARC spray booth facilities located at JBER, AK. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, equipment, and tools necessary for a bulk carbon filter exchange. Key tasks include:
- Carbon Supply: Delivery and installation of 34,000 lbs of 4mm particle carbon pellets.
- Old Carbon Removal: Removal, shipment, and legal disposal/recycling of all spent carbon material.
- Installation: Strict adherence to Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) instructions for new carbon installation.
- Equipment: Contractor must furnish all required equipment and specialized tools. The services will be performed at the Corrosion Facility (Bldg. 6263) and ASMLO Facility (Bldg. 9696). Specific filter requirements include 440 filters for the Corrosion Facility (various sizes) and 792 large filters for the ASMLO Facility. The Government will provide a 32' scissor lift on-site.
