Scope of Work
The CWRCP must include:
- Curriculum & Materials: Evidence-based modules covering Math/Technical Skills, Literacy/Reading, Verbal/Non-Verbal Communication, and Workplace/Soft Skills. Materials must be in English and Spanish, Section 508 compliant, utilize Universal Design for Learning (UDL), and include printed textbooks, workbooks, assessments, and teacher resources.
- Assessment & Scoring: Provision of scoring services for all assessments, processing within 7 business days, score reports and credentials within 10 days, group statistical reporting, and support for student transfers and progress tracking.
- Data Security: Compliance with FISMA, Privacy Act, NIST SP 800-series, FIPS standards, DOJ IT Security Standards, and ATO requirements. Vendors must demonstrate written testing integrity, data protection protocols, and credential portability assurances.
- Training & Support: Institutional training for instructional staff, ongoing support (Monday-Friday 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM EST and Saturday 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM EST), and quarterly invoicing and reporting.
