The DLA is seeking information on manufacturers capable of producing Cargo Pallet Covers conforming to Commercial Item Description (CID) A-A-55437 NOT 3, Type I. Key specifications include:

- Material: Linear Low Density Polyethylene (copolymer of ethylene and octene 1) with specific melt index and density requirements.
- Water Vapor Permeability: Maximum 0.45 (tested per ASTM F-3).
- Construction: Formed from 0.003-inch thick polyethylene tubing or flat film, with heat-sealed, straight, continuous, and parallel seams.
- Load Dimensions (Type 1): 112 inches long x 90 inches wide x 96 inches high.
- Cover Size (Type I): 202 +/- 2 inches lay flat width, gusseted to 106 inches face width by 96 inches gusset, by 141 +/- 1 inch long inside measurement.
