Scope of Work
The contractor shall provide non-personal services, including all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, and supervision, necessary to clean all types of carpets in single-storied and/or multistoried buildings at Nellis AFB. The primary cleaning method is steam cleaning, which must effectively remove dirt, spots, stains, and gum without compromising carpet serviceability, flammability, or appearance. Cleaning must adhere to industry standards and all applicable local, state, and federal regulations. Accessible areas will be cleaned, and closet cleaning is required if specifically requested by the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR). Any stains that cannot be completely removed must be identified to the Government Representative/COR. Contractors are responsible for the quality of workmanship, re-accomplishing improperly completed tasks, and repairing any damages caused by negligence.
Contract Details
This is a pre-priced BPA. Individual Call Orders placed under this BPA shall not exceed $25,000.00 per call. The total aggregate value of this agreement is capped at $250,000.00 or a term of 5 years, whichever occurs first. Payments will be made via Government Purchase Credit Card. The BPA is cancellable by either party with a thirty (30) day written notice.
Performance will be at Nellis AFB, NV. Customer service hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The contractor must provide an on-site point of contact (POC) during operating hours and have the ability to perform cleanings after hours and on weekends, coordinated through the COR. Special requirements include compliance with base security measures (e.g., identification checks, vehicle searches), professional conduct of personnel, and the provision of uniforms/badges. The Government will provide electrical power, non-potable water for carpet cleaners, and a disposal area for dirty water.

- Required Submission: A price list including cost data for various square footage ranges (200-400 sq ft up to 11501-12000 sq ft) and an Emergency Service Call Fee Flat Rate. Voluntary price reductions (VPR) are permitted.
