  • Building 20130: Remove and replace carpet and cove base in Room #110, Leaf Presentation Center, and the Annex common area. Paint various areas including Room #110, 2nd floor Reception Area, Annex common area, foyer, south breezeway/hallway, south stairwell, west stairwell, and north east mantrap entryway. Refinish wooden chair rails and other wooden surfaces in Room #110, Room #211, Leaf PC Lobby, and Annex Common Area. Install transition strips and replace cove base in the North East mantrap entryway.
  • Building 20129: Remove and replace carpet and cove base in the main hallway. Install transition strips at doorways and paint the main hallway (floor to ceiling, including doors and door frames).

All work must adhere to current International Building Code, National Electric Code, ADA, and applicable commercial codes. Specific materials identified include "Scholarship II Tile 2B101" carpet tiles, Sherwin-Williams "MANUAL AFTEC DOOR BROWN" paint, and "RANIER WHITE" paint, and "MW 447 Mahogany" stain.

Evaluation Factors
