The Contractor shall develop and execute a two-pronged holistic long-term strategy to eradicate the invasive plant Carrizo Cane from designated areas along the Southwest Border (see Appendix A) as well as plant native species in its place; the effort shall be developed and executed in a manner that enhances operational border enforcement priorities, environmental regulations, stakeholder requirements and supports the structural integrity of the affected land and border infrastructure.
