Carts and Racks

This solicitation is being issued as 100% small business set-aside for carts and racks for the Defense Commissary Agency stores located in CONUS, OCONUS, Alaska, and Hawaii. However, for OCONUS locations, with the exception of Hawaii and Alaska the contractor would only be responsible for preparation for overseas shipment and delivery to the port. The required carts and racks must meet or exceed the attached specifications of the following Commissary Equipment Description (CEDs): CED 2B01 Rack bakery pan cooling; CED 2G 11-A Cart, store stocking, u-boat, steel deck; CED 2G 11-E Cart, stocking truck, platform, four wheels; CED 2M13-A 18 inch platter racks; CED 2M13-B 12 inch platter racks; CED 2Ml 1 Cart, wire bulk mover; CED 2P10 Cart stocking wet produce; CED 2P13 Rack, produce crisping; CED 2M03-A 27 inch, Rack, delivery and storage, mobile; CED 2M03-B 25 inch, Rack, delivery and storage, mobile; CED 2R04-A Cart, receiving, grocery, distribution; and CED 2R14-A Platform truck, hand, four wheel. A Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract is contemplated. The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be posted on the FedBizOpps at https://sam.gov. Offerors may obtain a copy of the solicitation at this site. The FSC is 7320, the business size is 750 employees and the NAICS code is 333924 for this requirement. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered by the above agency. By submission of an offer, the offeror acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the System for A ward Management (SAM) database prior to award of any contract resulting from this solicitation to include listing NAICS Code 333924 in the database prior to award of any contract resulting from this solicitation.
