THIS IS NOTICE OF INTENT TO SINGLE SOURCE FOR A ONE-YEAR ZOLL RESCUENET CASEREVIEW DASHBOARD AND SUBSCRIPTION FOR VISN-15: 36C255-26-AP-0830: This is not a request for competitive proposals. This is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available, and telephone requests will not be honored.
The Department of Veterans Affairs VISN 15 intends to award a one-time, Firm Fixed Price, sole source award to Zoll Medical Corporation for the purchase of a one-year subscription for the Zoll RescueNet CaseReview Dashboard and Subscription. The specific licenses will provide software and dashboard in use at VISN 15 for the Period of Performance: 02/07/2026 - 02/06/2027.
The required Zoll RescueNet CaseReview Dashboard and Subscription is exclusive and proprietary to the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) Zoll Medical Corporation. No other vendors are authorized to provide the required subscription services.
The authority for applying this statute implemented for restricting competition on this procurement is FAR OVERHAUL12.102(a): only one reasonably available source, per the requirements of FAR OVERHAUL 6.103-(b).
