Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide catered meals and food services to North Dakota Army National Guard Soldiers during specific periods in May and June 2026.

• Provide all labor, materials, and transportation for catered meals.

• Services are for the 1-188th ADA at the Grand Forks Armory Complex (GFAC).

• Specific dates and times for meals are detailed, with some days having no breakfast or no dinner, and a period with no meals.

• Period of Performance (POP): May 28 - June 11, 2026 (with specific dates excluded for meals).

• Place of Performance: Grand Forks Armed Forces Reserve Center (1501 S 48th St, Grand Forks, ND 58201).

• Meals must be prepared in accordance with applicable State Health Laws, Regulations, and Policies.

• Contractor must maintain an adequate workforce for uninterrupted service.

• Contractor employees must comply with installation regulations (fire, traffic, safety, security).

• Contractor employees require specific training (AT Level 1, OPSEC Level 1) and identification.

• Contractor must comply with COMSEC/IT security requirements.

• Contractor must safeguard Government property.

• Actual number of meals may vary by +/- 10% with 24-hour notice.
