• Onsite Kitchen: No onsite kitchen will be available. All meals must be prepared offsite and delivered ready to serve.
• Serving Staffing: Drop-off and setup are required; no serving staff are needed.
• Serving Equipment: The contractor must provide chafers and heat sources. The Government will provide tables for the serving line.
• Lunch Delivery: Boxed lunches must be onsite no later than 11:30 AM daily.
• Beverages: A walk-in fridge and smaller fridges are available for drinks and condiments. There are no brand restrictions on beverages, but refer to PWS Sections 5.3.1.1, 5.3.1.2, and 5.3.1.4 for specific type requirements.
• Leftover Food: Any leftover food will remain on site with the unit for soldiers to take.

Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide catered meal services for soldiers in the Ohio Army National Guard at the Regional Training Institute BLDG 1 DSCC in Columbus, Ohio.

• Provide personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control for catered meal services.
