The Hawaii Army National Guard’s 298th Multi-Functional Training Regiment has a requirement for a contractor to comprehensive dining facility (DFAC) operations, to include the preparation and serving of breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the 298th MFTR Dining Facility (DFAC), Building 712, located at 711 Tinker Road, Waimanalo, Hawaii 96795. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENT FOR RESPONSES TO THIS SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE:
1) Your intent to submit a quote for this requirement when it is formally advertised;
2) Name of firm with address, phone number, e-mail address, and point of contact
3) Cage code and Unique Entity ID#;
4) (If applicable) Size of firm including category of small business, such as 8(a), Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB), HUBZone, Small Disadvantaged Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB); and
