Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide routine inspection, preventative maintenance, and repair services for cathodic protection systems installed on nine (9) water storage tanks at Beale Air Force Base (AFB), California. The goal is to mitigate corrosion, prevent leaks, and maintain the structural integrity of the base's water supply infrastructure.

• Annual inspection, preventative maintenance, and repair of cathodic protection systems.

• Includes potential profile testing, electrical measurements, and rectifier adjustments.

• Services cover the entire cathodic protection system, including anodes, reference cells, rectifiers, meters, wiring, and connections.

• Compliance with Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC) 3-570-06, manufacturer's instructions, and applicable regulations.

• Provision of all necessary personnel, equipment, tools, supplies, and materials.

• Replacement of fuses as required.

• Unscheduled corrective maintenance and repair services upon government request, with a 24-hour response time and a 3-business day scheduled inspection/repair.

• Annual inspections to be conducted between August and September.
