  • Assisting in the preparation and distribution of program materials.
  • Collecting and preparing sacramental records and liturgical documents for Mass.
  • Maintaining the Catholic Chapel Community Census and providing input for the Weekly Catholic Bulletin.
  • Developing public announcements and advertisements for community programs.
  • Assisting with AMS Quarterly Clergy reports and maintaining a monthly work log.

Contractor personnel must obtain a Common Access Card (CAC) ID, undergo a Tier 1 State Criminal History Repository (SCHR) background check if working with children, and complete various training (e.g., Anti-Terrorism, OPSEC, Child Protection). Catechist certification from the Archdiocese for the Military Services is required within 90 days of award.
