- Providing opportunities for the Sacrament of Confession.
- Offering requested pastoral care, including the administration of Sacraments.
- Providing emergency ministry, including Sacraments, as requested.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be a Catholic Priest with verifiable moral character, spiritual maturity, and credentials authorized by the Catholic Church, verified by the Senior Installation Chaplain.
- Must be willing to undergo a background check.
- Contractor personnel must be fully qualified to perform services without government supervision.
- Compliance with installation access policies, background checks (NCIC/III), Antiterrorism Level I Training, iWATCH, OPSEC, TARP, and IA/IT training is required.
- Contractors must wear an ID badge and identify themselves as contractors.
- The Government will provide office space, furnishings, equipment, and utilities at the Religious Education Center and/or Friendship Chapel or Good Shepherd Chapel.
