Scope of Work

The contractor will provide all personnel, management, and services to support the Mountain Home AFB Chapel as the Catholic RE Coordinator. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and administering a weekly RE program for pre-kindergarten through adult, running from September through May, including Wednesday evenings and Sunday mornings.
  • During June-August, developing the upcoming year's RE ministry plan, covering budgeting, procurement, volunteer recruitment and training, and publicity.
  • Recruiting, training, and managing volunteers, including RE teachers and youth ministry coordinators.
  • Coordinating with parents/sponsors, managing chapel facility usage, requesting supplies, and preparing publicity for RE programs.
