The selected contractor will provide comprehensive Catholic Religious Education and Sacramental Preparation program support. Key responsibilities include:
- Administering a weekly RE program from September to May.
- Developing the annual RE ministry plan, budget, and publicity.
- Coordinating parish ministry activities, schedules, and rosters.
- Recruiting, training, and managing volunteers, ensuring Catechist Certification and Safe Environment training.
- Organizing at least two annual volunteer teacher-training events.
- Managing RE supplies, publicity, and maintaining the RE office.
- Submitting monthly program reports, an annual After-Action Report, and monthly invoices.

Special Requirements
The contractor personnel must be a practicing Roman Catholic with a letter of good standing from a local Catholic Priest. They must possess Basic Catechist Certification from the Archdiocese for the Military Services (AMS) or obtain it within six months (current civilian diocese certification is acceptable). A resume reflecting at least two years of experience and two references is required, with a bachelor's degree in religious education or a related field preferred. Compliance with base regulations, security requirements, and AT Level I awareness training is mandatory.
