Scope of Work
The selected contractor will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and performing music for Catholic worship services and special events. Key responsibilities include:
- Planning and performing music for 52 annual worship services, with up to 10 additional units for special services (maximum 62 units). Each unit includes one rehearsal and one worship service.
- Conducting rehearsals and coordinating with volunteer musicians and vocalists.
- Managing facility and fund requests related to music services.
- Ensuring all music and video reproduction complies with copyright laws (CVLI and CCLI).
- Providing substitute musicians of equal or higher proficiency, approved in advance.
- Maintaining a professional working relationship and appearance.
- Recruiting and directing volunteer musicians and vocalists.
- Reporting damage to musical instruments or equipment.
