This document is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) from Argonne National Laboratory for a Caustic Metering Pump System. The government is procuring this system and associated services.

• One (1) Caustic Metering Pump System, Model MRA11F10SSPP.

• System specifications include:

  • Two (2) Mroy A pumps, 30 gph@125 psi, 350 Max PSI, 316SS, PTFE Double Diaphragms, rupture detection gauge, NEMA 4 pressure switch, 1/2 HP 115/1/60 VAC TEFC motor.
  • Two (2) Pressure Relief Valves (Nupro SS-4R3A series).
  • Two (2) Back Pressure Valves (Check-all Flange Insert, 13 psi).
  • Two (2) Pressure Gauges (4", 0-300 psi, Reotemp).
  • Two (2) Y-strainers (1/2" SW, 316 SS, 20 Mesh, Titan).
  • One (1) Calibration Column (40 gph max cap, 316SS wetted material, PVC sight tube, 1"-150# Flg, Kenco).
  • Two (2) Pulsation Dampeners (10 cuin, Buna-N bladder material).
  • Ten (10) Ball Valves (1/2" SW, 316 SS, three piece, Ladish PC84, Class 800).
  • Six (6) Ball Valves (1/2" SW x FNPT, for drains, 316 SS, three piece, Ladish PC87, Class 800).
  • One (1) Base frame (304SS) with drip tray.

• The resulting Purchase Order will be subject to Argonne Terms and Conditions for Commercial Items (ANL-71COM, dated October 22, 2025).

• Cash Terms: Net 30 days – 100% Upon Delivery.

• Quotations must be received by 05/19/2026.

• Offerors must furnish a published price list to support quoted pricing.

• Required with quotation:

  • Signed Page one of the RFQ (ANL-70).
  • Verification of country of origin.
  • Confirmation of domestic shipping or international ship from location and HTS code.
  • Confirmation of lead time.
  • Indication of available discounts for DOE or GSA contract pricing (if applicable).

• This is a Request for Quotation, not an order.

• The government reserves the right to accept or reject quotations individually or as a whole, and to accept minor deviations.

• Any resulting Purchase Order will be exempt from Illinois Occupation and Use Taxes and from Manufacturers and Retailers Excise Taxes.
