This requirement is for the procurement, delivery, installation, and maintenance of fully automated, continuous sample loading CBC analyzer systems and all necessary reagents, calibrators, and consumables. Key deliverables include:

  • FDA-approved, new systems capable of interfacing with the MHS Genesis system.
  • Performance of specified assays: CBC with Differential, Reticulocyte Count, and Body Fluid Cell Count.
  • Specific capabilities: differentiating various white blood cell types, correcting for interfering substances, direct measure analysis of WBC, PLT, RBC, and hemoglobin, and differentiating between large platelets and small red blood cells.
  • Provision of data management systems, quality control programs, and reporting capabilities.
  • On-site operator training and ongoing maintenance and repair services.
