Submission & Evaluation
Offerors must submit quotes in four sections: Administrative Information, Past Performance, Technical Capability, and Price. Pricing must remain firm for 90 calendar days. Technical capability and past performance will be rated on an acceptable/unacceptable basis. The award will be made to the responsible offeror with the lowest fair and reasonable price among those deemed technically acceptable and having acceptable past performance. A "Past Performance List of References" form (Attachment 2) and a "Cost Per Reportable Results - Pricing Worksheet" (Attachment 3) are critical for proposal submission.
