Scope of Work
This requirement is for the procurement, delivery, installation, and maintenance of fully automated, continuous sample loading CBC analyzer systems and all necessary reagents, calibrators, and consumables. Key deliverables include:
- FDA-approved, new systems capable of interfacing with the MHS Genesis system.
- Performance of specified assays: CBC with Differential, Reticulocyte Count, and Body Fluid Cell Count.
- Specific capabilities: differentiating various white blood cell types, correcting for interfering substances, direct measure analysis of WBC, PLT, RBC, and hemoglobin, and differentiating between large platelets and small red blood cells.
- Provision of data management systems, quality control programs, and reporting capabilities.
- On-site operator training and ongoing maintenance and repair services.

- Award Basis: Award will be made to the responsible offeror with the lowest fair and reasonable price that is acceptable for technical capability and past performance, and whose quote is most advantageous to the Government.
