The overall period of performance includes the following base year and four option years:
Base Year: 02/07/2026-02/06/2027
Option Year 1: 02/07/2027-02/06/2028
Option Year 2: 02/07/2028-02/06/2029
Option Year 3: 02/07/2029-02/06/2030
Option Year 4: 02/07/2030-02/06/2031
A Request for Quotations (RFQ) will be issued as a total small business set-aside on or about November 26, 2025, with an estimated closing date of December 10, 2025. The RFQ will be made available through SAM. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
It is anticipated that award will be made on or about January 23, 2026.
The applicable NAICS code is 562111 - Solid Waste Collection. The corresponding size standard is $47 million. As stated above, the solicitation is set aside for eligible small businesses under this NAICS code.
