CBP intends to acquire contractor services for maintenance, repair, and improvement of TI assets along the U.S./Mexico Border. The scope includes: roads and bridges (including boat ramps), fences and gates (including concertina/razor wire), vegetation control, debris removal, border lighting and electrical, drainage and grate systems, tunnel remediation, and TI attributes like shelters and generators. The contractor will furnish all necessary services, personnel, material, equipment, and facilities.

    • May 6, 2026, 8:00 AM ET: Santa Teresa, NM; Meeting Point AR-430 off HWY 9.
  • Requirement: Vendors must be present for all locations of the site visit. Failure to attend will result in a non-responsive rating for any submitted quotation.
  • RSVP Deadline: Thursday, April 30, 2026, 10:00 AM ET.
  • RSVP Instructions: Email muhanad.d.sasa@cbp.dhs.gov and donna.r.mcmullen@cbp.dhs.gov with the subject line "Site Visit Attendees for Notice ID 20154993- Tactical Infrastructure (TI) Maintenance".
