• Repair Turnaround Time (RTAT): Government seeks 212 days. Contractors must state their proposed RTAT.
• Option: The Government intends to include a 100% option quantity, exercisable within 365 days ARO, with the same delivery turnaround as base items.
• Response Due: February 17, 2026, 8:30 PM Z.
• Published: January 16, 2026.

Key Requirements & Considerations

• Price Reduction: A price reduction will be incurred for failure to meet the required RTAT due to inexcusable contractor delay. Offerors must state their proposed price reduction amount per unit per month.
• Testing & Evaluation (T&E) Fee: For items determined Beyond Repair (BR/BER), a T&E fee/price is required.
• Authorized Distributors: Consideration for award will only be given to authorized distributors of the original manufacturer's item. Proof must be provided with the offer.
• Cybersecurity: Notice of Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Level requirements (NOV 2025) applies.
• Buy American: Buy American-Free Trade Agreements-Balance of Payments Program applies.
