Submission & Evaluation

- Proposed RTAT in days (Government's required RTAT is 200 days)
- If not meeting the required RTAT, provide company capacity constraints. A price reduction may be applied for inexcusable contractor delays in meeting the agreed-upon RTAT. Offerors must also provide a Testing and Evaluation (T&E) fee/price for assets determined to be Beyond Repair (BR) or Beyond Economical Repair (BER).
