• Quotes must be submitted in two parts: Technical/Past Performance (no price) and Price (SF1449 and Fire Bid Schedule).

• NAICS code is 811310 with a size standard of $12.5 million.

• All questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted in writing by June 2, 2026, to Carey Grund or Nakea Huges. Answers will be provided via amendment.

• Contractors are responsible for monitoring SAM.gov for updates and applicable regulatory changes.

• Subcontractor information must be provided; failure to do so may result in a non-responsive quote.

• Contractor is responsible for all labor, equipment, supplies, mileage, and materials.

• Contractor must submit hazardous materials data (MSDS) prior to contract award if hazardous materials are expected to be used.

• Contractor shall ensure work sites are free of debris and materials upon completion of work each day and at the job's completion.

• Base Year: June 15, 2026 – January 31, 2027 (Service Dates: June 15-August 15)

• Option Years (4): February 1, 2027 – January 31, 2031 (Service Dates: February 1 - April 1 annually)

• Services to be performed within 60 days of the period of performance start and completed within 30 days.

• Contractor must be licensed in Nevada (NRS Chapter 477) and comply with NFPA 10, NFPA 25, and other Federal, State, or local requirements.

• Inspection includes handles, safety pin, operating handle, pressure gauge, cylinder, syphon tube, discharge hose, and discharge nozzle for damage or defects.

• Disassembly of fire extinguishers for internal component inspection is required.

• Replacement and/or recharging of extinguishing agent is required if necessary.

• Hydro-testing will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis per NFPA 10 requirements.

• Contractor shall provide on-site supervision or a qualified representative for subcontractor performance.

• Contractor shall submit a spreadsheet detailing serviced fire extinguishers, including location, type, size, and any not serviced due to hydrostatic testing.

• Services to be performed during normal duty hours (0800-1630 Monday-Friday), excluding Federal holidays and when the Carson City District Office is officially closed.

• No Government Furnished Property; contractor provides all parts and labor.

• Appendix A details the Keddie Fire Suppression System located at Silver State Hot Shots Operation Center.
