Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To procure three (3) High Factory Assembled UL Level 3 Ballistic Rated Welded Steel Booths, mounted to trailers, to replace existing booths at Cape Cod Space Force Station that have fallen into disrepair.

• Provide three (3) 4' x 6' x 8' High Factory Assembled UL Level 3 Ballistic Rated Welded Steel Booths.

• Booths must be mounted to three (3) trailers with standard size hitches.

• Include three (3) Ballistic Sliding Windows (one per booth).

• An optional stamped drawing for trailer specifications may be included.

• Contractor shall pre-wire receptacles, lights, switch, and HVAC (air condition/heat).

• Contractor shall supply the load center attached to the building.

• The tie-in and Data/Communications will be handled by Security Forces (SFS), not the contractor.

• A one (1) year Service and Support Warranty is required.

• Contractor is responsible for any problems with the booths during the warranty period.

• All safety measures outlined in OSHA and AFOSH guidance must be adhered to.

• Delivery Location: 1 FLAT ROCK HILL RD, SAGAMORE, MA 02561.

• Delivery Timeline: Completed no later than 180 days from Contract Award.

• All contractor personnel will need to be vetted by Security Forces before entry into the installation.
