This acquisition is being pursued under the statutory authority of 10 USC 2304(C)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, citing AETC as the only known source with validated manufacturing capabilities to meet government requirements within the necessary timeframe. While this is not a competitive solicitation, the Government will consider all responses received. Interested sources must provide:
