The U.S. Army Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Fort Eustis, Virginia, is issuing this Sources Sought Notice to conduct market research and identify qualified vendors capable of supporting the Army’s requirement to provide experimentation support to find gaps and vulnerabilities in all areas of Cyber Electromagnetic Activities. The anticipated requirement supports all Cyber Electromagnetic Activity domains through experimentation, data collection and analysis, network engineering, capability prototyping, satellite communications support, and cybersecurity services.
These efforts will directly support the Cyber Battle Lab (CBL), Cyber Capabilities Development Integration Directorate (CCDID), Futures & Concepts Center (FCC), and U.S. Army Futures Command (AFC), located at Fort Gordon, Georgia. The Government intends to award a Single Award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (SA-IDIQ) contract with a seven-year ordering period under which Firm-Fixed-Price task orders may be issued.
The Place of Performance for this anticipated contract is the Cyber Battle Lab facility located at Fort Gordon, Georgia.
