The Contractor shall provide and deliver Cellular Phone Services to the U.S. Embassy Kinshasa, as described in this solicitation.
The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with four one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered.
The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The contract type will be a fixed price with economic price adjustment indefinite quantity/indefinite delivery under which the Government will place firm fixed-price delivery orders. The Embassy intends to issue orders for approximately 550 phone lines.
All contractors are required to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://sam.gov/content/duns-uei at the time of submittal of an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7.
