Scope of Work
The selected contractor will provide comprehensive mobile telephone services for approximately 550 lines, including smartphone plans (prepaid and postpaid), mobile data-only plans, voicemail, SMS messaging, international calls, and international roaming. Services must prioritize 4G/LTE, support 3G/LTE or higher where advanced services are unavailable, and have capacity for growth into 5G. The network connection must be uninterrupted, clear, and of the highest quality, with immediate resolution of network issues.
Additionally, the contractor will provide Temporary Additional Services (TAS), defined as daily rentals of cell phones and mobile data hotspots with SIM cards, to support special events. These TAS shall not be subcontracted. Other requirements include detailed billing in CSV format, 24-hour customer service, and training for U.S. Embassy employees on equipment operation.
