- CPU: AMD Ryzen™ Threadripper™ PRO 9995WX (96-Core)
- GPU: GIGABYTE GeForce RTX™ 5090 WINDFORCE OC 32G
- RAM: 8x 128GB DDR5, 5600MT/s (or higher), ECC Registered DIMM
- Storage: SAMSUNG 4TB 990 EVO Plus NVMe 5.0 SSD
- Cooling: AVADIRECT 836S-M1A liquid cooling with NOCTUA fans
- Warranty: AVADIRECT AVA Basic (2-Year Labor / 1-Year Parts)
All costs, including shipping to Dahlgren, VA, and any tariffs, must be included in the quoted price. DFARS 252.211-7003 (Item Unique Identification) is applicable.

- Set-Aside: Unrestricted (Sole Source under FAR 6.103-1(b))
- Basis for Award: Sole Source to AVADirect Custom Computers due to proprietary rights and the unique ability of their product to meet specific performance parameters, size, and compatibility without incurring significant integration and testing time (estimated 480 Direct Productive Person Hours) for alternative systems.
- Delivery: Expected 8 weeks from the Date of Award.
Submission & Evaluation
Quotations will be accepted from authorized resellers who provide a Letter of Authorization from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). Award will be made on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. Offerors must be registered in SAM.gov.
