Evaluation & Submission

Award will be made to the offeror representing the best value to the Government, based on a comparative evaluation of Price and Technical Capability. Technical Capability will assess the ability to meet salient characteristics, including sprinkler package accuracy and system navigation around obstacles. The Government reserves the right to select a superior technical solution even if not the lowest priced.

Submission Requirements: Quotes on company letterhead must include:
